Heal Good Retreat

Our first retreat was such a success that we had to get another one on the books before the end of the year. This time we will be digging deeper into our healing with the help of a few incredible healers.

Our heal good retreat is for women who are calling in deep healing, big energetic shifts, somatic release, community, and connection with nature. Together we will honor our spirit through guided energy work, sacred ceremony, powerful workshops, deep soul nourishment, and gentle movement.

Join us as we harvest the last bit of the summer vibrance at the Moon Rising Retreat Center in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Blowing Rock, NC. This peaceful property sits on 22 acres of lush land with the meandering Yadkin river running through it — it feels like absolute magic!
