Culinary Experience

Welcome to our monthly Culinary Experiences called Saengjun. In Thai, "Saengjun" is the light of the moon. These unique experiences are a loving creation from the heart of our Chef Bond Trisransri.  Born in Bangkok, Thailand, he is a natural in the kitchen.  After creating four successful Thai and Japanese restaurants in Miami, he is now sharing his culinary gifts here at Moon Rising Retreat with multi-course vegetarian meals.

The evening will include time enjoying the facility and grounds, a culinary sensory experience, conversation, and community.  All proceeds generated from this special event supports the sustainability of our beautiful, healing retreat center.

Japanese Daikon Soup

Snowflake Crunchy Roll

Korean Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Pine Nuts, Blue Cheese on Pumpkin Hummus

Kao Soi

Bok Choi, Scallion, Coconut Milk with Egg Noodles

Banana Tempura

Banana, Cream Cheese, Rice Paper

Signature tea and beverages will be provided.  We are an alcohol and substance free facility.
